Minimum 5 night stay from 20.12.10 to 16.01.11
in 1 bedroom apartments and minimum
7 night stay in 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments. Deposit
required for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy
Low Season - In the event of cancellation, the
deposit is refunded less a $50.00 administration
fee. Within 7 days of arrival the deposit is forfeited.
Easter Cancellation Policy - In the event of
cancellation, the deposit is refunded less a $50.00
administration fee. Within 14 days of arrival
the deposit is forfeited.
Christmas Cancellation Policy: (bookings between
20 December and 15 January) In the event of cancellation
a $100 re-letting/administration fee will be charged.
If cancellation is NOT advised by the 1st of December,
or in the case of a no-show, your full payment
is forfeited unless and until the apartment is
re-let for the total period of the original booking.
We strongly recommend travel insurance.
No Shows - full deposit is forteited.
Shortened Stay - Guests who reduce length of
stay once in house will not receive a refund on
nights booked & paid
